Friday’s football game has been canceled after WSJ forfeit

The Riverside football team picked up a win but lost a game this week.

The West St. John Rams, the Rebels’ next scheduled opponents, were forced to forfeit this week’s contest after several players were suspended for their involvement in a wild brawl during last week’s contest against Mentorship Academy. The team picked up a victory to improve to 3-4 on the season.

The Rebels will close the regular season Nov. 5 at home against Country Day to celebrate Senior Night.
