Riverside Academy boosters Shawn St. Pierre, Jire Vicknair and Wayne Hymel were cooking up vats of jambalaya and pastalaya Friday night at the Riverside Softball and Basebell booth at the Bonfire Festival in Lutcher.

The Rebels’ booth will be open all weekend with hotdogs, hamburgers and other goodies. Proceeds will benefit the baseball and softball teams.

Also, Riverside Academy senior Gabrielle Treas will conclude her reign as Teen Miss Festival of the Bonfires XXI on Saturday.
