STUDENTS OF THE YEAR

RA announces top students

Riverside Academy announced its 2021-2022 Students of the Year on Dec. 15.

They are: 5th Grade: Brinley Roccaforte

8th Grade: Sophie Milioto

12th Grade: Jaycee Bennett

The students were selected from a pool of candidates based on grade point average, test schools, leadership qualities, extracurricular activities, awards and honors. The candidates also had to write an autobiographical sketch and go through an interview process.

Other candidates were:

5th grade – Andrew Babin, Owen Guidry, Brynnan Melancon, Layla Price

8th grade – Haley Fernandez, Tori Hebert, Derron Simmons, Cobey Wahden, Madison Weidert

12th grade – Andrew Jung, Marne’ Pierre
