The first Riverside Academy Quarterback Club meeting of the 2022 football season was held Wednesday, August 24 in the school cafeteria. There was a great turnout of parents, grandparents, fans and former players. Coach Lee Roussel introduced the new coaching staff and discussed last week’s scrimmage against Ellender. He also discussed the jamboree that will be played on Thursday, August 25 against Archbishop Hannan. 

The Quarterback Club will meet every Wednesday during the football season. Baked chicken and rice dinners will be for sale for $10. Nicholls State head football coach Tim Rebowe will be the guest speaker next week.
