Authorities in St. Tammany Parish arrested four teenagers after a house party on Saturday night escalated into chaos, officials said.

Incident Details

The party took place in the 6600 block of Delta Ridge Avenue in the Lakeshore Villages neighborhood. When deputies from the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office arrived, hundreds of teenagers scattered.

Due to the size of the crowd, Louisiana State Police and Slidell Police were called to assist.

Fights Break Out

Many teens ran to a nearby playground, where multiple fights broke out. Three boys and one girl were taken into custody for their involvement.

Release and Court Appearance

The four teenagers were released to their parents with the condition that they appear in court as required. Authorities reminded the public about the importance of safety and supervision during large gatherings.
