According to the Prince William County Police Department, officers responded to reports of a stabbing around midnight on Sunday at a Shell gas station located on Dumfries Road in Dumfries, Virginia.
Investigators said Agapito became involved in a physical altercation with a gas station employee, later identified as Michael Orlando Dickey.
During the fight, authorities allege Dickey pulled out a knife and stabbed the younger man once in the upper body.
