A deadly mass shooting in Austin, Texas, has left two people dead and 14 others injured. Suspect Identified as Ndiaga Diagne
Police identified the shooter as 53-year-old Ndiaga Diagne. Multiple U.S. officials told CBS News that he was a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from Senegal.
