An 18-year-old New Jersey teen has been charged with murder after authorities say his grandmother was found stabbed to death inside her home in Jackson Township.
According to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, police responded to a 911 call reporting a violent incident at the home of Darlene Brown, 69.
When officers arrived at the property, Louis Brown allegedly exited the house with his hands raised and was immediately taken into custody.

Investigators said officers later entered a bedroom inside the home and discovered Darlene Brown dead at the scene.
