The program will award two $1,000 scholarships to female students who are continuing their education.

Two Types of Students Eligible
The scholarship program is open to two categories of applicants:
- A graduating high school senior from the Class of 2026
- A non-traditional student returning to college
Both applicants must plan to attend a college or university in Louisiana.
Requirements for Nontraditional Students
The nontraditional scholarship is intended for women age 25 or older who have returned to college to pursue a degree or certification.
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be residents of Terrebonne Parish or Lafourche Parish
- Have completed at least one semester of college
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Be enrolled in a Louisiana college
The scholarship aims to support women who are continuing or restarting their education later in life.
Requirements for High School Seniors
Graduating high school seniors applying for the scholarship must also meet several eligibility criteria.
Applicants must:
- Live in Terrebonne or Lafourche Parish
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
