A newly reported FBI memo connected to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation describes allegations from a woman who said she was abused by Epstein while he was on a phone call with Donald Trump. The claims, which date back to the early 2000s, are part of a broader set of documents related to Epstein that have recently drawn renewed attention.
FBI Memo Describes Allegation Involving Epstein Phone Call
According to an FBI interview summary, a woman told investigators that she was sexually assaulted by Jeffrey Epstein during a 2004 visit to his Manhattan townhouse.
The woman said she was 16 years old at the time.
In the memo, she alleged that Epstein instructed her to undress and give him a massage while he was on a speakerphone call with Donald Trump.
The FBI document reportedly states that Epstein told the girl to hurry while on the call, repeatedly saying “Let’s go, let’s go.”
The alleged victim said she began massaging Epstein’s feet and back before he grabbed her hand and sexually assaulted her.
Unclear Whether Trump Was Aware
The memo reportedly does not indicate what Trump may have heard during the phone call or whether he was aware of what was happening in the room.
Officials reviewing the document have not confirmed that Trump had knowledge of the alleged assault.
The interview summary is part of the investigative records compiled during the Epstein case.
Document Previously Missing From File Release
Reports say the memo was not included in earlier public releases of Epstein-related records.
According to sources, the document had been incorrectly labeled as a duplicate file by the Department of Justice, which prevented it from being included in earlier disclosures.
Trump’s Team Denies the Allegations
A spokesperson for the White House rejected the claims contained in the memo.
Karoline Leavitt described the allegations as “completely baseless” and “unfounded.”
Trump has previously said that the release of Epstein-related documents clears him of wrongdoing.
Additional Allegations Mentioned in FBI Interviews
The same woman reportedly told FBI investigators that Epstein introduced her to Trump during the mid-1980s, when she said she was between 13 and 15 years old.
According to the interview summaries, she alleged that Trump assaulted her during a private meeting in a tall building after asking other people to leave the room.
These claims have not been independently verified.
Investigators reportedly interviewed the woman four separate times in 2019.
Earlier Lawsuit Against Trump and Epstein
During the 2016 presidential campaign, a woman using the pseudonym “Katie Johnson” filed a civil lawsuit accusing Trump and Epstein of assaulting her in 1994 when she was 13.
The lawsuit was later withdrawn before the election.
At the time, attorney Lisa Bloom said the woman chose to drop the case after receiving threats and fearing for her safety.
Trump denied the allegations, and the case was never adjudicated in court.
Background on the Epstein Case
Epstein was arrested in 2019 on federal sex trafficking charges involving underage girls.
He died later that year while in federal custody in New York.
The case has generated years of legal battles, document releases, and scrutiny involving powerful figures who had social or business connections with him.
