The suspect, 32-year-old Daniel Hernandez-Lopez, is accused of attacking a woman during an argument inside the house.
Police Say Man Tried to Strangle Woman
According to investigators, Hernandez-Lopez allegedly attempted to strangle a woman during the dispute.
Deputies were called to the home after reports of the violent altercation.
At some point during the argument, Hernandez-Lopez reportedly went outside the house.

Teen Confronts Father Outside the Home
Authorities say the man encountered his 13-year-old son outside.
According to the sheriff’s office, Hernandez-Lopez allegedly lunged at the boy and tried to strike him using a bicycle.
Police say the teenager then fought back to protect himself.
Investigators reported that the boy punched his father several times in the face, eventually knocking him unconscious.
Suspect Allegedly Intoxicated
Deputies said Hernandez-Lopez appeared to be highly intoxicated at the time of the incident.
After responding officers investigated the situation, Hernandez-Lopez was taken into custody.
The arrest took place the following day on March 10 at about 1:40 p.m.
He was booked into the Baldwin County Jail.
