The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of three individuals following a disturbance on Thursday afternoon in the 6700 block of Highway 308 in Belle Rose. The altercation reportedly started over a dispute regarding car repairs but escalated into a physical confrontation.

Incident Details

Deputies state that Kevin Joshua Breaux, 30, allegedly displayed a large-caliber firearm in a threatening manner during the dispute. As a result, Breaux was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, simple battery, and disturbing the peace.

Lamonnia LeBlanc, 25, and Jamya LeBlanc, 23, were also arrested. Lamonnia LeBlanc faces charges of aggravated assault, simple battery, and disturbing the peace, while Jamya LeBlanc is charged with simple battery and disturbing the peace.

Legal Proceedings
