According to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, the man, born December 26, 1967, is being held on an outstanding warrant from West Virginia. A spokesperson from the West Virginia State Police confirmed that Adams is wanted on a charge of “prohibited person possessing a firearm”.
As of now, Adams remains in custody in Livingston Parish as authorities work on extradition arrangements to return him to West Virginia to face the charge.
