A Clinton woman, Lori Peace, tragically lost her life in a single-vehicle crash early on the morning of May 9, 2025, in East Feliciana Parish. The incident occurred shortly after 5 a.m. on LA-960 near Three Knotch Road.
Details of the Crash
According to the Louisiana State Police, Peace, 58, was driving south on LA-960 when she approached a curve. For reasons that are still under investigation, Peace failed to negotiate the curve, causing her vehicle to leave the road and strike a tree. Despite being properly restrained, Peace suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
