Pregnant Woman Attacked in Indiana Over Domestic Dispute

A shocking incident in Indiana left a pregnant woman injured after four women allegedly attacked her over a domestic dispute involving a man. The victim, who works at Qdoba and wished to remain anonymous, suffered stab wounds while trying to defend herself.

The Attack at Work

Police from the Fishers Police Department responded to the scene at 8:30 p.m. on May 17, 2026. According to reports, the four women—Aniyah Gooch, Dajah Gooch, Armoniah Malone, and Darrique Jackson—stormed the Qdoba counter while armed with knives.

The attack reportedly stemmed from a dispute over a man who had previously dated one of the women and was currently involved with another. The pregnant victim claimed the women were angry because she was carrying the man’s child.

“They told the team members they would smack the f— out of them and beat the f— out of them if they didn’t move out of the way,” the victim told WXIN. The women then physically assaulted her, lunging for her stomach with knives, leaving her with multiple stab wounds on her hands as she tried to protect herself.

Charges Against the Accused

Deputy Prosecutor Toula Guedel said in court on May 18 that the women even livestreamed the attack on social media, with comments like “the baby is dead,” according to court documents.

The charges include:

  • Aniyah Gooch and Dajah Gooch: battery by means of a deadly weapon and battery causing injury to a pregnant woman.
  • Armoniah Malone and Darrique Jackson: battery causing injury to a pregnant woman.

The incident highlights the dangers of escalating conflicts over personal relationships and the legal consequences of violent actions.

Victim Speaks Out

The victim told WXIN, “It really should have been some grown woman stuff. It ain’t no pressure about no boy. But they’re getting what they get, so I’m not in jail, they are.”

She also mentioned that she and Aniyah had spoken earlier in the day about the man, but the confrontation at work escalated into a dangerous attack that left her with serious injuries.
