A weapons investigation in Alexandria, Louisiana, has led to multiple arrests after police recovered illegal firearms. Authorities say the case is still active, and more action could follow as the investigation continues.
Arrests Made During Investigation
According to the Alexandria Police Department, four individuals were arrested on April 23 during an operation focused on weapons-related offences.
One of the suspects, Dolmoine Gold, 24, faces charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and being an accessory after the fact.
Other Suspects and Charges
Three additional individuals were also taken into custody. Zactavious Mullins, 23, Titto Thompson, 18, and Derrick Charles, 21, were each charged with illegal use of a weapon.
Police have not released further details about their specific roles but confirmed that all were connected to the same investigation.
Illegal Firearms Recovered
During the operation, officers recovered three illegal firearms. Authorities have not shared additional details about the weapons but confirmed they were seized as part of the investigation.
