On March 19, Norris was said to be physically training and was reportedly in high spirits during a phone call with a friend. According to TMZ, he appeared to be recovering well.
Just over a week before the incident, Chuck Norris celebrated his 86th birthday and shared a video on Instagram showing that he was still in great shape. “I don’t age, I level up,” he joked in the caption, emphasizing his good health and love for staying active.
