Those closest to Jacobi Clement describe him as someone who could make friends with anyone he met. His mother, Rachel Andres, said her son had a unique ability to connect with people and leave a lasting impression wherever he went.

Medical teams successfully recovered Jacobi’s heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, and other organs for transplantation.
According to his family, recipients were identified within 24 hours of the donation process.
As a result, Jacobi’s final act of generosity helped save at least eight lives.
