A pastor from Kenner has been indicted on charges of access device fraud and obstruction of a federal investigation. Dale Sanders, 56, faces eleven counts of fraud and obstruction related to his unauthorized use of a company debit card.
According to the indictment, Sanders used a debit card linked to Company A’s bank account from April 2020 to April 2024 to fraudulently obtain approximately $343,293. Authorities allege that Sanders misused the access device over the course of several years to unlawfully benefit from these funds.
If convicted, Sanders could face up to 20 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, up to three years of supervised release, and a mandatory special assessment fee of $100.
