Kylie Jenner is facing a second lawsuit from a former housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto, who alleges she suffered racial discrimination, harassment, and mistreatment while working for the beauty mogul. This comes just a week after another lawsuit was filed by a different member of Jenner’s cleaning staff.

Allegations of Abuse and Harassment

Soto, who began working for Kylie Jenner Inc. in May 2019, claims that for the first few years of her employment, she was denied meal and rest breaks. However, she alleges that the situation worsened significantly in late 2023, after her direct supervisor, Itzel Sibrian, took over her supervision. Soto claims that Sibrian mocked and humiliated her for her accent, immigration status, and race, calling her “stupid.”

Soto filed a complaint with Human Resources in 2024 after these alleged incidents. Despite this, Sibrian was temporarily removed from her position but was later reinstated, which Soto claims led to retaliation. She alleges that her wages were reduced, her workload was increased, and her schedule was altered as punishment for speaking up.

The Birthday Incident and Further Allegations

In her lawsuit, Soto describes an incident on her birthday in 2024, when she was threatened with termination by Sibrian if she didn’t stay late. Soto claims that Sibrian told her, “No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner,” causing her to miss her own surprise party.

In late 2024, two other supervisors, Patsy and Elsy, assumed leadership positions. Soto claims that under their supervision, she was denied time off after her brother’s sudden death, and her request to attend his funeral was ignored.

She alleges that her coworkers whispered about her brother’s death, accusing her of lying, and forced her to pick up trash that they had purposely thrown on the ground.

The Letter to Kylie Jenner

The suit states that, in April 2025, after her complaints were ignored, Soto wrote a letter to Kylie Jenner detailing the abuse and placed it on Jenner’s massage bed before a session. Soto’s letter allegedly said, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen if you were aware of it.”

According to the lawsuit, Soto was told the following day that she was not allowed to look at or smile at Kylie Jenner and was instructed to “disappear” if she saw her.

After the letter was left, Soto claims that her supervisors imposed even stricter conditions, including forcing her to leave the premises when Jenner was present, restricting her restroom access, and even making her clean a doghouse. Soto further alleges that she was told that water was “Kylie’s water,” and she was prohibited from drinking it.

Emotional Distress and Legal Action

In August 2025, Soto sent a distressing text message to her supervisors, saying, “I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me… I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did no one helped me.”

Soto is now seeking punitive and compensatory damages in an unspecified amount. Della Shaker, Soto’s attorney, expressed support for her client, stating, “My client alleges multiple employment & labor law violations by Kylie Jenner and her affiliated companies, and I commend her for the courage to come forward and seek accountability.”

Previous Lawsuit and Additional Allegations

Soto’s lawsuit follows a similar one filed by Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, who also worked for Kylie Jenner between September 2024 and August 2025. Vasquez, who is Salvadoran and a practicing Catholic, claims she was humiliated by staff members and belittled because of her race, country of origin, religion, and immigration status. Unlike Soto’s case, Jenner was not personally accused of bullying in Vasquez’s filing.
