A 31-year-old woman from Pensacola, Florida, has been arrested after allegedly urinating on thousands of dollars’ worth of items in two Airbnb rentals.
Details of the Incident
According to Pensacola Police Department (PPD), Nicolette Keough was named as the suspect in the incident. On March 15, an Airbnb owner filed a criminal mischief complaint after learning that Keough had urinated on various items in her property.
The owner later discovered videos showing a woman — identified as Keough — urinating in the Airbnb rental. These videos were reportedly uploaded to an adult content website. Following Keough’s visit, the owner noticed a strong smell of urine in the house.
Damage to Property
The Airbnb owner claimed that several items in the home were ruined due to the incident, including:
- Antique Crown Royal chair
- Rug
- Typewriter
- Dining room chairs
- Coffee maker
- Bed
- TV
- Record player
- Toaster
- Electric fireplace
Police confirmed that Keough allegedly urinated in a second Airbnb property owned by the same person, located on the same street.
Charges and Arrest
Keough was arrested and charged with felony criminal mischief after the damage was found to exceed $3,000. The police stated that Keough allegedly uploaded the videos “to make money.”
Keough was later released on bond. It is unclear whether she has legal representation at this time.
