The incident took place in the South Tabor area of Portland. A mother was upstairs in her home, holding her 10-month-old baby and playing with her 3-year-old child, while her husband was outside doing yard work.
She suddenly heard someone enter the house and walk upstairs. At first, she thought it was her husband. But then a man appeared at the bedroom door and said, “Honey, I’m here.”
