Victim Reportedly Met Woman Through Instagram
According to police documents, Cano and the victim had previously connected through Instagram before arranging to meet in person.
Investigators said Cano contacted the man around noon on the day of the incident, and the two exchanged several messages before deciding to meet later that afternoon for drinks at her condominium.
Police stated that around 6:15 p.m., the victim arrived at the building where Cano met him downstairs and escorted him to the apartment.
