The buyers are Prairieville residents Thomas, Linda, and Drew Pertuit, who completed the purchase through their family business.
Details of the Transaction
The property was previously owned by SMB Gonzales, which had purchased it in 2017 for $3.5 million. The recent sale shows a steady increase in value over the years.
The deal was officially recorded with the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court. The seller was represented by Satyanarayana Malur, who is also listed as one of the company members along with Mahesh Basireddy.
