A man notorious for road rage violence has been sentenced to seven years in prison for attacking a mother and her daughter in Honolulu, Hawaii. Nathaniel Radimak, 39, pleaded no contest to unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and two counts of third-degree assault. He was given credit for approximately one year of time already served.

The Attack Incident

The attack occurred on May 7, 2025, when a mother and her teenage daughter were practicing parallel parking on Halekauwila Street. According to the mother, their Tesla was nearly clipped by Radimak’s vehicle, prompting the daughter to yell, “Slow down.”

Radimak then made a U-turn and confronted the pair, reportedly asking, “What the f— did you say to me? Say it back to me.” Surveillance footage showed him lunging at their vehicle, appearing to punch the daughter in the face.

When the mother stepped out to defend her daughter, Radimak struck her with a punch, causing a deep gash on her head. The mother said she had been holding an iced coffee at the time of the attack.

Radimak then drove away, leaving the mother and daughter shaken, while they checked on the younger woman’s baby who was present during the incident.

History of Road Rage Violence

Radimak was already known to law enforcement for a series of road rage attacks, primarily in California. His violent behaviour dates back to January 2020, when he reportedly wielded a metal pipe during a previous incident while driving a Tesla. He had been sentenced to five years in prison in 2023 for one of these cases but was paroled after serving less than a year.

After moving to Hawaii, Radimak continued his pattern of violence. In addition to the assault on the mother and daughter, he reportedly threatened a woman at a Planet Fitness gym and attempted to strike her.

Sentencing and Statement

During his sentencing this week, Radimak admitted to making poor choices. “This was not on the agenda that day, like I said, I regret it,” he told Hawaii News Now. “I take accountability. I just feel bad about it.”

The seven-year sentence reflects the seriousness of Radimak’s actions and serves as a warning against road rage and violent behaviour.
