Marching Pride of Riverside tops Clash at the Coliseum band competition

The Marching Pride of Riverside took first place in Division A and won the title of Reserve Grand Champion Saturday at the Clash at the Coliseum band competition held at Lakeshore High School.

The band topped Pearl River High School for the Division title and finished just behind Mandeville High School in the overall competition. The Marching Pride will travel to compete in the 17th annual Dutchtown Sound Invitational Marching Festival on Saturday, Oct. 21 at Dutchtown High School in Geismar.  Their performance is scheduled for 10:15 a.m.
