A violent bar fight in Louisiana has led to multiple arrests and an ongoing search for a third suspect believed to be connected to a motorcycle club. Authorities say the early-morning brawl left several people seriously injured and caused damage inside the establishment. Investigators are now asking the public for help in identifying one of the suspects who remains at large.
Bar Fight in St. Amant Leaves Several Injured
A large fight broke out early on February 22 at a bar located along Louisiana Highway 431 in St. Amant, according to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the altercation involved several individuals and quickly escalated into a violent confrontation.
Authorities reported that multiple people suffered serious injuries during the incident.
Law enforcement officers responded to the scene after receiving reports of a major disturbance inside the bar.
Two Suspects Arrested After Investigation
Following the investigation, deputies arrested two men believed to be involved in starting the fight.
The suspects are:
- Luis Carlos Olivas, 38, from Prairieville
- Justin Fryoux, 42, from Geismar
Authorities say Olivas is a known member of the Sons of Silence Motorcycle Club.
Both suspects were taken into custody after investigators reviewed evidence and gathered witness statements.
Charges Filed Against the Suspects
Police filed several charges related to the violent altercation.
Luis Carlos Olivas faces multiple charges, including:
- Second-degree battery
- Simple battery
- Disturbing the peace
- Simple criminal damage to property
- Computer tampering
Justin Fryoux was charged with:
- Second-degree battery
- Disturbing the peace
Authorities have not released further details about the alleged computer tampering charge.
Third Suspect Still Being Sought
Investigators say a third person believed to be involved in the fight has not yet been identified.
The sheriff’s office released a description of the suspect and believes he may also be connected to the Sons of Silence Motorcycle Club.
According to deputies, the unidentified suspect is described as:
- Approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall
- Around 190 pounds
- Wearing a plaid shirt, blue jeans, and a black hat during the fight
- Having gauges in his ears
- Possibly having a neck tattoo below his right ear
Authorities believe the suspect may either be a member of the motorcycle club or closely associated with it.

The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the fight to contact investigators.
