Cole Hasse, the lone golfer for Riverside Academy, is headed to State.

The sophomore finished with a 1-under-par 71 to take first place individually in the Division IV regional tournament held April 25 at Atchafalaya Golf Course in Patterson. That qualified him for next week’s State Tournament, which will be played May 2-3 at Farm d’Allie in Carencro.

Cole had two birdies and one bogey and hit 15 greens in regulation to outshoot the field of 48.
