The Riverside Academy Rebels took a road trip to Varnado last Friday and came home with a 56-0 victory.

Quarterback Luke Hymel was 7 of 12 for 97 yards and two touchdowns. Elijah “Bill” Davis ran for 134 yards and scored three touchdowns. Manny Franklin ran for 168 yards and scored two touchdowns. Terrell Hillard had two catches for 26 yards and one score. Scott White scored on a recovered fumble. Dedric Lastie scored one touchdown.

The Rebels will close out the season Friday night at home against the Crescent City Pioneers. It is Senior Night, during which senior football players, band members, cheerleaders and dance team members will be honored.
