The lights went out in the Riverside Academy gym on Friday but it was on purpose as the school held a Glow in the Dark Pep Rally for the Rebels football team. Students were allowed to wear florescent shirts and accessories and a generous supply of neon jewelry and glow sticks were passed out to the crowd. It made for a very colorful afternoon in the dark. The Rebels will host the Crescent City Pioneers at 7 p.m. at Mickey Roussel Field in the final game of the regular season and Senior Night.
