The Riverside Academy boys basketball team is advancing to the second round of the Division IV Select playoffs after they blew out Cedar Creek 75-37 on Feb. 22.
The Rebels will travel to play No. 2 seed St. Martin’s Episcopal School on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 6:30 p.m. This will be the third meeting of the teams this season. St. Martin’s won the previous contests with St. Martin’s winning both competitions 52-32 and 59-47.
“I’m very proud of this group of kids,: said head coach John White. “We struggled a lot through the beginning of the season, but we kept competing and getting better. These past few games we have been playing our best basketball and I’m excited to play this Tuesday.”
