RA soccer teams fall in the first round of playoffs

The Riverside Academy soccer teams closed the 2022-23 season on Wednesday night. Both teams qualified for the  playoffs in their respective divisions but lost in the first round.

The Lady Rebels lost to Episcopal 8-0 at East Ascension Spartan Stadium. The boys lost to Newman 11-0 on the road.

The girls team retired seven seniors this year including: Kallie Bourgeois, Ria Frazier, Sydney Knoy, MaKayah LaRose, Camryn Loving, Anna Mistretta, and Rylee Moore. The boys team retired three seniors this year including: Enrique Delgado, Luke Hymel, and Thomas Mazzella.
