The Marching Pride of Riverside, Southern Sweethearts, and the Rebel Color guard performed their show “Shockwave” in the Battle on the Bayou Marching Band Competition at Terrebonne High School in Houma on Saturday, Oct. 15, receiing a Superior rating.

Riverside, with an enrollment of 250 students, finished fourth out of nine teams, behind South Terrebonne, with an enrollment of 974, Lakeshore (847) and Central High School (1,459).

The band will travel to Thibodaux High School this Saturday to compete in the Bayouland competition. The District 6 Marching Assessment will be held Oct. 24 at ….
